RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

1. Right of Withdrawal (EU customers) In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have 14 days to withdraw from your order, without having to provide any reason. This period begins on the day you receive your order. To exercise this right, contact us at dysth.contact@gmail.com indicating your order number and your wish to withdraw. You may also use the standard withdrawal form available in the annex of Directive 2011/83/EU. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned items, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

2. Defective or Incorrect Items If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect item, contact us at dysth.contact@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We will cover the return shipping costs and proceed with a refund or replacement.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return Personalised or made-to-order items (print-on-demand) are not eligible for the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, unless defective.
