SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & Production

Our products are made to order by our partner Printify. Each order is produced after payment has been confirmed. Production time is generally 2 to 7 business days depending on the item ordered.

Delivery Times

Once production is complete, the estimated delivery times are as follows: European Union: 7 to 17 business days

These timeframes are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to events beyond our control (strikes, weather conditions, etc.).

Carriers

Shipping is handled by Printify's logistics partners (DHL, DPD, and other carriers depending on the destination). We are unable to select a specific carrier upon request.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be sent to you by email as soon as your order has been shipped. You can track your parcel directly via the link provided.

Delays & Delivery Issues

 In the event of a significant delay or lost parcel, please contact us : dysth.contact@gmail.com. We will do everything necessary with Printify to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

Please carefully check your delivery address before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for any error in the address provided by the customer.
