GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE Effective date: May 16, 2026

Article 2 – Scope These General Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales made on dysth.store between the seller and any consumer (hereinafter "the Customer") residing in the European Union.

Article 3 – Products The products offered for sale are those listed on dysth.store at the time of the Customer's visit. Product photographs and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only.

Article 4 – Prices Prices are displayed in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is the one in effect at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Orders Orders are placed online via dysth.store. The sale is deemed complete upon receipt of payment. A confirmation email is sent to the Customer after the order is validated.

Article 6 – Payment Payment is made online by credit card (via Shopify Payments) or PayPal. All transactions are secure. The seller does not store any banking data.

Article 7 – Delivery Orders are delivered within the European Union. The estimated delivery time is 7 to 17 business days from order confirmation. In the event of a delay, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide any reason. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to dysth.contact@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method as the original purchase.

Exception – Made-to-order items: In accordance with Article 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised (print-on-demand items). This exception does not apply in the event of a defect or incorrect item, in which case the Customer may contact dysth.contact@gmail.com within 30 days of receipt.

Article 9 – Legal Guarantees The seller is bound by the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 10 – Personal Data Data collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on the site.

Article 11 – Disputes and Mediation In the event of a dispute, the Customer may resort to conventional mediation or any other alternative dispute resolution method. Customers residing in the European Union may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform, accessible at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr Failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.

Article 12 – Applicable Law These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
